$35 Million Guaranteed Over Total of 330 Events

Partypoker has done a pretty good job of luring some of the poker playing public that has been turned off by some of Pokerstars' changes over the past few years.

People love the big online tournament festivals such as the WCOOP and SCOOP (both of which are offered by Pokerstars), though there hasn't really been anything comparable offered by any of the other companies in the online poker sector.

Partypoker is making some very good strides, however, as their 2017 "Powerfest" schedule will contain $35 million in guarantees.

The series, which runs from September 3rd to September 24th, will have a total of 330 events. The first event, which will be a $109 $50,000 Guaranteed Freezeout, will get underway at 5 am on September 3rd, while the last event ($100,000 Guaranteed Last Chance Turbo, $109 buy-in) gets underway at 13:00 on September 24th.

There will be a total of 12 Championship events, including a $1 million guaranteed tournament with a $215 buy-in, as well as a $1.5 million guaranteed High Roller event with a buy-in of $1,050, both of which will be taking place on September 24th.

The biggest buy-in and guarantees belong to event #254, which will be taking place on September 19th. This Super High Roller event will have a buy-in of $25,500 and a total guarantee of $3 million. This large guarantee should do a good job of bringing in many of the world's top poker players.
