First off, who is Tuff_Fish? Apparently there have been pictures posted of the player, and he is a regular poster on 2+2. He is a middle-aged poker player who seems to have a temper problem. He also decided to make videos of himself playing poker, and these videos have been discovered and widely distributed across the Internet (search for "tuff_fish" on Youtube for a good laugh.)
The humorous thing about Tuff_Fish is: his bad play, and his reactions to his bad play. There are three hands that come to mind when thinking about "Tuff_Fish":
1) The Infamous 7/7 versus AK hand. Tuff_Fish is on tilt, and goes all the way with his 7/7, when there is a K on the board and he is clearly way behind. The reaction when he loses this hand is absolutely priceless. He goes completely crazy.
2) The Q9 hand where he loses to a higher flush. He hits his flush, and fully assumes that it's good, even though another player in the hand is clearly playing his hand as if he is on a flush draw as well. Tuff_Fish just assumes he has the best hand, and is flabberghasted when he loses.
3) The Straight Flush hand. Tuff_Fish hits the nut straight flush on the river, and it takes him like 45 seconds to realize it! Truly a classic.
Check out his videos.
