460 players started in this sold-out event on Tuesday, forming a near 3 million euro prize pool. 40 people will be paid, with 834k euros going to the champion of the event and 472k euros heading to the runner-up.

This event continues to be extremely popular with players. The event had a higher cap AND higher buy-in this year, but still sold out.

Heading into Day 2, there are currently 170 left in the field. 82 players from Day 1A made it through to the second day, and 88 players from Day 1B made it through.

The current chipleader is Peter Eastgate who currently has a stack of just under 80k chips. Second place is Ola Brandborn with 79,300, and third place is Theo Jorgensen with 75,900 in chips. The average chip stack is just around 27,000 chips.

Day 2 will begin at 2 pm local time on Thursday. The final table is set to take place on Saturday, February 23rd.
