The National Heads Up Poker Championship Gets Underway Soon
Negreanu vs. Jerry Buss, owner of the Las Angeles Lakers? Prahlad Friedman, who dominates high limit online tables like no one else, vs. Sammy Farha? Phil Hellmuth vs. Men Nguyen? Greg Raymer vs. Kathy Liebert?
As Daniel Negreanu said, "this is the coolest poker tournament yet." The King agrees with this statement, as viewers will be treated to see outstanding heads up poker matches. If the first round includes some of the match ups stated above, imagine how good they will be when they move into the later rounds? A total of 64 players will be battling for the crown of National Heads Up Poker Champion, and this will begin airing on NBC on May 7th. Poker has finally come to one of the major networks, as just another sign that poker is taking over America.
